❤️What a transformation!!! This is one to be proud of, this gorgeous soul has gone through injury and set backs, took time off for recovery, took her time coming back, listened to advice and made and changed needed, never gave up, is determined and consistent and just look at those results 🔥🔥🔥

❤️It’s not all about aesthetics and how we look (although that’s a bonus), mobility improved, balance improved, co - ordination and flexibility improved, stronger, fitter, mood, energy all improving and giving a better quality of life - all coming from small steps, one at a time, adding up to BIG changes over time!!
