Or are you finding it hard to balance it all and revise for exams and keep up with school work?!

Make a plan each week and stick to it! Time management is so important. Before you skip the 30 min practice or PT, make sure you will use the 30 mins properly and not scrolling tik tok or socials😂😂

We are all guilty! The sooner you start, the sooner you’re done💪🏼🙈
