It works into joints, ligaments and fascia
Using long holds

➰ In our Yoga Hub studio, 2 rooms are available for rent.

They can be used for therapies 🧖🏻‍♀️ , treatments 🧑🏻‍⚕️ and other business activities 👩🏻‍💻. The rent includes the use of kitchen, reception area, and sauna if needed.

Located in the Liverpool commercial district, the location is very central, can be easily reached, has parking nearby and it is only few minutes away from Moorfields train station.
