An Afternoon of Restorative Yoga
with Cath Slomka

Feel like you are busy rushing through this year without your feet firmly on the earth and the breath in your lungs?

Come and ground into Spring in this Afternoon of Restorative Yoga with Cath Slomka.

Spring is a great time to switch our senses on:

🌸To hear the birdsong
🌸To see the blossoming flowers and trees
🌸To feel the warm sunshine upon your face
🌸To smell the flowers scents.

We can miss all this if we are not grounded in presence.

In Restorative yoga we set up the conditions - with the help of lots of props - for our body and mind to relax fully and completely into the present moment. The special way the props hold the body allows for the stress and tension (which usually comes from living to much in the past or from anticipating the future) to melt and be released.

Then a profound stillness and relaxation, that isn’t even realised in sleep pervades and a resonating presence spontaneously arrives.

Come and restore, awaken and bring fresh insight and a calm approach to your Spring.

Our next BEGINNERS YOGA course starts

7:30pm - 8:45pm

Come along and join us at our super friendly studio and learn the basics of yoga in just 3 sessions.

We keep it simple & accessible for everyone giving you the confidence at the end of the course to attend our classes or to start your own home practice.

The course is taken by Cath one of our resident yoga teachers here at Planet.

Places are limited to 10 to provide the very best possible individual experience and we currently have just a few places available!

The course is £75 and this INCLUDES a 5 CLASS PASS for you to use for any of the classes on our timetable. This is amazing value for money , a usual class pass is £11 per single class. So the actual course works out at just £20.
