The best kind of Sunday energy. ✨
There’s something special about practising alongside others. Moving together, breathing together and sharing a space where everyone can arrive exactly as they are.
Whether you’re looking to stretch, build strength or simply take some time for yourself, a Sunday practice is the perfect way to reset before a new week begins. 🌿

✨ Pose of the Week: Wide-Legged Seated Forward Fold ✨
(Sanskrit: Upavistha Konasana)
A grounding seated pose that gently creates space through the hips, inner thighs and back of the legs.
As you fold forwards, the focus isn’t on how close you can get to the floor. It’s about moving with patience, listening to your body and allowing the posture to deepen naturally with each breath.
Benefits:
- Stretches the inner thighs and hamstrings
- Encourages mobility through the hips
- Lengthens the spine and releases back tension
- Helps calm the mind and nervous system
Take your time, keep the breath steady and let the body soften into the pose. 🌿✨

Your weekend reset starts here. 🌿
After a busy week, sometimes the best thing you can do is give yourself space to slow down, move and reconnect with your breath.
Step inside, leave the outside world behind and enjoy some time that’s completely your own. However your week has felt, the mat is always a good place to begin again.

There's something beautiful about slowing down enough to notice the little things.
The steady breath. The strength in your body. The space you create with every movement. The moments of stillness between each pose.
Yoga isn't about how deep you can twist or how flexible you are. It's about being fully present in the moment you're in, finding awareness in every breath and every movement.
Meet yourself where you are today, trust your practice, and let the rest unfold naturally. 🌿✨

✨ Pose of the Week: One-Legged Crane Pose ✨
(Sanskrit: Eka Pada Bakasana)
A playful arm balance that challenges strength, focus, and confidence. One-Legged Crane Pose invites you to trust your foundation, engage your core, and embrace the balance between effort and ease.
Don't be discouraged if this pose doesn't happen straight away. Every arm balance is built through patience, consistent practice, and a willingness to try. The journey is just as rewarding as the pose itself.
Benefits:
– Strengthens the wrists, arms, shoulders, and core
– Improves balance and coordination
– Builds focus and body awareness
– Develops confidence through mindful practice
Remember, progress isn't about perfection. Every attempt is a step towards becoming stronger, steadier, and more resilient. 🌿✨
