Rosanna walked into MINDFIT never having boxed in her life. She’ll tell you herself she’s not someone who’s always loved exercise but something clicked. She kept showing up to Joké’s Power classes and before long boxing became her thing!
When Joké noticed some imbalances she wanted to work on, he recommended Rosanna try Resilience too and she took that on board without hesitation. Now she moves through combinations like she’s been doing it for years, and Paula’s noticed her amazing improvements as well over in Resilience!
Well done Rosanna for showing up, again and again. We’re so proud of you! 💪🥊

This month, Leo has chosen to shine the spotlight on Emma. He says that watching Emma push herself every class and fall in love with weightlifting has been a real pleasure to see!
A message from Kiki:
Emma started off as a client of mine training with me in my flat. She was never a gym person but started to get extrememly curious and hooked on strength training. She has since been an amazing friend if mine, supporting me through gym openings general support and balloon arches, last minute sanding 😅 After taking a break from 121s she threw herself into classes which was a challenge but has grown hugely and now a regular resilience goer.
Well done Emma, we love you being a part of the MINDFIT community 💙 And CONGRATULATIONS to you and Patrick for getting married! 💍
