She’s at it again - is taking on backyard ultra this Saturday from 11am.
The chances are she’ll still be involved by Sunday and she could do with all the support she can get, financial (sponsorship) or physical (cheering her on)!.

Just to give this one - a huge shoutout and wish her all the best as she takes on the huge challenge that is Marathon Des Sables.
Very simply, a multi day, multi stage running race across the desert. But that vastly underestimates what this event is.
Obviously she’s doing it for a very worthwhile charity - the link to which is in her profile.
So if you’re a bit flat or in need of some inspiration have a look at website and see how Number 369 is getting on - show her some support, she deserves it.

It’s that time of year…. that it gets just too dark in Wandsworth Park for a group session (as there are no lights). So we take up our Winter Residence in King George’s Park.
Meet at 7pm at the entrance near Argento Tower/Southside and we’ll warm up and get going from there.
