This is how we train at MF London.

Our training runs on a structured 12-week cycle, not random workouts thrown together week by week. Every phase has a purpose and every session fits into a bigger picture.

Weeks 1–4 focus on building strength and endurance.
Weeks 5–8 shift into strength and power.
Weeks 9–12 are built around functional hypertrophy.

The goal is simple, build strength, improve your engine and become harder to break over time.

No wasted sessions. Just training with intent and progression that actually makes sense.

Trust the process.
Stay consistent.
Results follow.

In light of Mental Health Awareness Month, we caught up with one of our coaches and an advocate for mental health. We spoke about the importance of balance in training, while making sure healthy habits continue outside of the gym.

Being mindful of what you consume and the people you surround yourself with can have a huge impact on your wellbeing. Spend your time doing things that bring you joy and add value to your life 📝
