We’re excited to welcome Crystal to the Club Twenty Two team!

With a background in triathlons, half marathons, strength and functional training, Crystal brings a great mix of strength, conditioning and endurance to her coaching.

Her approach is all about helping clients get stronger, fitter and more confident while making training enjoyable, challenging and something you genuinely look forward to.
