David Swenson is at HOME this October and there are a few places remaining.

He started practising yoga in 1969. Discovered Ashtanga in 1973. Made his first trip to Mysore in 1977 to study directly with K. Pattabhi Jois. He is one of only a handful of Westerners to have learned the full Ashtanga system as originally taught. Over fifty years on, he is still one of the most joyful, compassionate and sought-after teachers in the world.

A weekend of eight workshops runs 16th to 18th October, available individually or as a full weekend bundle. Mysore practice, the fundamentals, Primary Series, Intermediate Series, inversions, backbends, the reality of ageing and the reality of practice. Open to all levels.

For those who want to go deeper, a 40-hour teacher training and yoga immersion runs 19th to 25th October, covering the teaching techniques of the Primary Series in full.

As David says: it is not for me to determine someone's limitations but rather to assist them in achieving their potential.

Weekend workshops from £50 per session / £370 full weekend
40-hour immersion £750

This Sunday at HOME.

Kundalini Global Masterclass with Carolyn Cowan.

Two hours of breath, posture, movement and meditation with the founder of Kundalini Global. Carolyn's approach is contemporary and deeply embodied. It works with the stress system, not against it. The invitation is not to push through, but to get curious about how you feel.

No experience needed. Not suitable during pregnancy.

Sunday 11th October, 2.30pm to 4.30pm. £50.

A few places remain. Link in bio to book.

Dogs are always welcome at HOME.

Honestly, some of them are regulars.

There is something about having a dog in the room that makes everything a little calmer. A little warmer. A little more like the place we want HOME to be.

So bring them along. To the café, to the courtyard, before class or after. They tend to settle in rather quickly and make friends with everyone they meet.

Just like their owners.

Find us in Primrose Hill. Where four-legged friends are always at home too.

Three days. Two teachers. One chance to end the year the right way.

The Urban Yoga Retreat returns to HOME this December. Anna Ashby and Jean Hall lead the practice. Sarah Deco brings storytelling from the oral tradition. Nikki Slade, one of London’s most beloved kirtan teachers, leads the chanting.

This year the theme is Wholehearted. Not as an aspiration but as a practice. The courage and the vulnerability held together. The strength and the tenderness. Everything the year brought, honoured before you step into the next one.

Three mornings of yoga, somatic enquiry, storytelling and kirtan. Lunch made with care by Katia Narain Phillips. Warming dhal, Moroccan tagine, roasted vegetable korma. The kind of food that feels like part of the retreat.

Tuesday 29th to Thursday 31st December
10.00am each day

With lunch £395 / Without lunch £350
Early bird until 1st November.

All are welcome. Come as you are.

What if the thing you have been searching for was always inside you?

Andrea Carrani is a spiritual teacher who has spent his life carrying a message of love and the power of the heart to communities across Europe, Africa, America and India. He lives a life of service, helping people expand their consciousness and find genuine joy in daily life.

This October he brings an extraordinary evening to HOME. Accompanied by an Indian singer and tabla player, Andrea will guide you through an immersive experience of spiritual connection, diving into the mysteries of past lives and how they shape your current patterns, and how self-love holds the power to break you free from them.

When the mind aligns with the heart's true wisdom, daily stress begins to shift into something steadier. Something that lasts.

Come ready to open.

Six months ago Xandy walked through our door for the first time and she has not stopped coming back.

That is what HOME does. It starts as a class on a Tuesday morning or a reformer session on a Saturday. And then slowly, without you quite noticing, it becomes part of your week. Part of how you feel. Part of the people you know.

This is what community looks like at HOME. Familiar faces at the front desk. Teachers who know your name and remember what your body needs. People on the mat next to you who become friends.

If you have been thinking about coming in, this is your sign.

Two weeks unlimited yoga and mat Pilates for £54. Link in bio.

Most of us are moving too fast to actually feel anything. Tai Chi is the antidote to that.

Often described as meditation in free-flowing movement, it is one of the oldest and most underrated practices there is. Balance, coordination, breath, presence. All of it working together in a way that is gentle on the body and genuinely powerful for the mind.

Barry McGinlay has been teaching Tai Chi and Qigong in the UK for over 45 years and is one of the most experienced teachers in the country. His approach is hands-on, individual and committed to helping each person find their own way into the practice.

This workshop covers the basic movements, breathing, philosophy and culture behind Tai Chi. Plenty of space for questions and conversation. Fun, welcoming and open to complete beginners.

If you have ever been curious, this is where to start.

Sunday 4th October | 2.00pm – 4.30pm | £45
