The first five months of 2026 have been amazing ✨
But there have been things I’ve struggled with, the people closest to me got the worst version of me, my relationship and friendships suffered, I preach to my clients about putting themselves first and I didn’t take that advice myself.

Weekly Recap ✨
Finishing the final week of May.
This month has felt like a huge shift for me 🫶
An epic week that I am beyond grateful for
✨ Padel diary always as it’s my personality now
✨ 49 hours without a car after hitting a curb and bursting a tyre - served as a reminder how we can take every day things for granted
✨ Stayed at what an epic hotel
✨ Met the ultimate queen
✨ Attended - wow I came away so ignited from the incredible women on stage but also the amazing women I spoke to in the room 🚀
✨ Dinner
✨ Visited Hotel London Pop Up - if you have the chance to visit you must it’s open until 21st June
✨ Back home for Sunday walks with my bestie Luna 🐾

This is how I’d train if I had a full time job… but I wanted to build some Glutes for Summer 🍑☀️
You think you “don’t have time”. But the truth is, you don’t need to be training 5 days a week.
You don’t need 2-hour sessions.
You don’t need to sacrifice your social life, your sleep or your sanity.
BUT you do need 3 strength sessions a week.
A plan built around YOUR life.
And the right support to actually stay consistent.
Here’s exactly how I’d structure it 👇
✨Monday — Glute focus
✨Wednesday — Full body strength
✨Friday — Glute volume
45–60 minutes. Three times a week. That’s it.
