The perfect day for a walk with my walking partner in crime 😉😂 Helping to raise funds for a great cause. Jolana Ochova. Lovely weather,, nice canals 😂💪. 12 plus miles, 3 hrs 43. 3,300 steps more than my partner 🤔😳😂🤷♀️💪

🐣Easter break,, wow the Peak District did not disappoint !! Walking 1 day = 18miles, 50,000 steps. Every weather imaginable,, wonderful views and memories.
Walking in menopause 😃👍As bone density declines, walking stimulates bone health, maintains leg and core strength. Improve ❤️health, weight loss. Supports memory and focus. It’s free,, add a 10/15 min walk after meals to help with digestion, lower cortisol. Heart health,, reduces stress. If you can’t manage after every meal try the last meal of the day,, 😉walk within 60 minutes,, better 💤😴. 🫵🏻got this 😉💪 x

Hi all 😃💪it’s been a while.
From the 1st November I will be embarking on some self discipline, removing sugar from my diet,, 😉😳😬😬🤪, ok
I wouldn’t say I’m a sugar addict, I do enjoy the all year round celebrations, hero’s, crisps,, 😉 Sugar as we know is pretty much in everything, hiding in the foods we love, crave, in drinks, we love and crave.
I’m prepared for a moody few days, week or more 😬 not sure my family will be 😉😂.
I will keep a log of my foods, moods 🤪cravings, wellbeing, fitness energy and weight🤔
Tonight, lamb steaks, steamed carrots, onions, steamed brocoli. Steamed apples and rhubarb. I will freeze some of the steamed rhubarb to drizzle over the popped popcorn kernels, rhubarb low in sugar. I think popcorn will be my go to. Tips to follow.
