Our Emerging Athletes Club is live and our young adults are thriving in the gym! We love coaching these athletes to become the best version of themselves and really hyper focus on what will take them next level with their training and be the best they can be within their sport.
We have sessions Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 16:30-17:15.
Coaching sessions run by coach Josh who is specifically trained in coaching young adults/athletes. Nutrition advice available, along with peak month sessions to ensure they are on track and improving.

Happy Hour After Hours Summer Bash was great fun! We took this opportunity to play a little game of ‘To booze or not to booze’ which was a blind taste test of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages to show you can still have your favourite drinks with the non alcoholic option. 😊
It’s always great for the community to get together outside of the gym environment and have a good laugh, and chat. The ‘normal clothes’ is always a topic of conversation. 😆 Amazed we aren’t all just a sweaty mess all the time.
Thanks to everyone who came and made the evening special. And massive thank you to Megan at The Dolphin Pub in Newport for hosting us and running such a cute event.
See you all at the next one! x
We had a wonderful time hosting a stall at 4:12 Fellowship’s Golden Age event here in Milton Keynes. We had the most amazing traditional Hong Kong dishes and Hazel even had her nails painted. We learned a few words in cantonese and had a lot of fun having our seminars translated.
We love doing this work for our community and showing up to offer our services and advice for all.
Massive thank you to Tommy for being totally game to come host a seminar himself and offer up his expertise on a Friday night.
唔該 (mm-goy) Thank you!
Let’s talk steps!

Our lovely Legends (60+)! This group of people absolutely thrive and have improved so much since starting with us here at M100!
We are so thankful we have a space where we can help so many people continue thriving on their health journey.

This week our Mighties are able to bring a friend along with them to the club! All week long! We can’t wait to meet so many friends of our favourite people.
It’s not too late, have a friend who wants to give us a try for the week, let us know. This community is MIGHTY!

My Walk this year! We had an amazing time enjoying the fresh air and getting our steps in.
Raising a whopping £815 for CRY! We walk to raise awareness. We walk because we get to!
Another year in the books celebrating having Scott walk by our side. x
Nuri’s Ninjas having an absolute blast to distract from this heat wave. ☀️
Nothing a little 80’s night themed workout can’t fix!
(Yes, D is in long pants and a jacket, but we have A/C inside 😆)
Come train with us! We have fun! 👩🏼🎤
As I reminisce on our wonderful hike experience, it also did unknowingly bring up some emotional highlights in the reality of our health situation. Don’t get me wrong, being in the fitness industry and Scott not able to properly partake in fitness himself is a daily challenge, but this moment highlighted where the boundaries truly are. It wasn’t lifting a few dumbbells every once in a while or walking a bit of a longer walk..it was a hard pass. Not gonna happen.
The emotions I personally went through sending Scott on his separate way from us hiking made this journey so much deeper than just ‘hiking up Snowdon’. It was a mountain of emotions to overcome as well, for both of us for different reasons. Personally for us, it was a unexpected moment we had to hold a mirror up to our journey with Arrythmogenic Cardiomyopathy, and truly look at our reality straight in the eye because sometimes life is just like that. Sometimes you are just shown your truth from a different perspective and it smacks you in the face.
What we will take away:
•Endless gratitude for the train to bring him to the summit to celebrate with us!
•Endless gratitude that the Mighties we climbed with were fit and able and absolute mountain conquerors! Even with a few moments to overcome while climbing and descending.
•Endless gratitude that Scott is alive and able to have a pint with us at the bottom to celebrate.
•Gratitude that an idea he had to create this space of The Mighty One Hundred has led us to a group of people coming together to take on a truly bonding challenge!
Overall a massive WIN! All while simultaneously being allowed to grieve the parts of us that have to take separate paths to get to the same summit. 🏔️
