A huge thank you to all the Supernova sailors who turned up today for the Supernova Club Cup.

We’d also like to thank those who couldn’t make it but generously made their boats, sails, and foils available, helping to get more boats out on the water.

The racing at the front was incredibly close, with several lead changes throughout the day, making for some exciting competition.

It’s just under a month to the HSC family event of the summer, our Solstice weekend.
This year we will have an RS Toura and Topper Argo on demos for people to play with.
We will have people on hand to give you advice should you wish to try either boat. There will be no charge for using them.
It’s a Buccaneers week as well so hope to see lots of youngsters out enjoying the water.
There will be the usual Match racing in the afternoon, will the youngsters be showing us all how it’s done again?
Plenty of scope for social sailing and fun on the water.
The clubhouse will be busy offering the Après Sailing Experience.
And the great fun which is our solstice night race 9pm
After the night race the club will be serving hot pies free of charge and Sunday morning, we will be offering the now classic HSC special cooked breakfasts to wake up the weary campers.
A sign-up sheet will go up in the clubhouse this week for Solstice teams. Don’t worry if you are not a serious racer it’s not that type of race

Fleet racing in the afternoon with separate start for Bronze and Junior fleets.

Monday 6th In Memoriam Trophy
90-minute pursuit race starting at 1130.
Tuesday 21st April – Evening Improvers starts.
Wednesday 22nd April – Early Summer Evening Series begins
Fleet racing with separate start for Bronze and Junior fleets starting at 19:00
Post sailing food and social.
Saturday 25th April – Buccaneers Rigging Day.
