Blue Monday is meant to be the day motivation dips and energy runs low.
That definitely wasn’t the case in our 6pm session!
Great effort, plenty of laughs, and a competitive team race challenge that kept everyone moving right to the end. Sessions like this are a good reminder that training can lift your mood, not drain it.

This year we’re taking our New Year’s resolutions off the whiteboard and into real life. A big thank you to Milton Keynes Cookery School for having us 💚
One of our goals as owners of Hitsona is to eat less processed food and be more connected to what we put in our bodies. So instead of just talking about it, we signed up for a pasta making class and learned how to make fresh pasta from scratch. Flour, eggs, hands-on work, and a lot of laughs.
It was a good reminder that healthy habits do not have to be extreme or boring. They can be fun, social, and actually enjoyable. Just like training, small intentional choices add up over time.
We believe fitness is more than workouts. It is how you move, how you eat, and how you live day to day. This was one small step toward that, and we are excited to keep building habits that support long term health.
Here’s to learning new skills, fueling our bodies better, and practicing what we preach at Hitsona.
