5–7 year olds are such an interesting age to teach.

Get it wrong and they’ll let you know about it instantly. Get it right and the magic unfolds.

The confidence, the smiles, the breakthroughs, and the moments when something finally clicks make it one of the most rewarding age groups to work with.

Hi everyone 🙂

We’ve got a huge favour to ask from our amazing community.

BANKS Kickboxing & Boxing has been nominated for Best Local Business at the MK Inspiration Awards under the Business category, and Ben Jackson has also been nominated for Inspiring Young Person under the Sports category.

To even be nominated means a lot to us, and it’s a real reflection of the incredible members, parents, fighters, staff, and supporters we have around us every single day.

If BANKS has ever had a positive impact on you or your family, we’d massively appreciate 30 seconds of your time to vote for us.

Voting closes on June 1st, so time is definitely running out!

A huge congratulations to all of our young fighters who travelled and represented the club over the weekend. Some fantastic performances, lots of wins, and more valuable experience gained against strong opposition.

Special congratulations to Coach Yas Jerome, who was awarded Fighter of the Tournament after putting on some outstanding performances against high calibre opponents throughout the event

Another massive well done to Kenzie Walsh, who for the second tournament in a row finished as the overall top fighter of the day, bringing home the highest medal count once again. An incredible achievement and a real reflection of the work being put in consistently.

It was also great to see some fresh new talent stepping into the ring and continuing to strengthen and grow the squad even further.

Onto the next
