As the year comes to a close, I wanted to wish you a very happy Christmas and New Year! 🌲🎁 🎉

I wasn’t sure I’d done much this year but when I put pen to paper and looked through my camera roll I realised it’s been a great year (so a useful exercise to do!) ✅

I’ve enjoyed being the Expert Coach for organisations including Business and Intellectual Property Centre - North East, Northumberland Small Business Service and Northumbria University and worked with some brilliant companies and individuals who have trusted me as their coach.

As well as delivering business, career and confidence coaching and workshops, I also became an accredited Strengthscope® practitioner helping individuals maximise their strengths.

I’ve also continued volunteering as a coach at Smart Works Newcastle , helping more than 250 women find employment this year.

Every conversation, breakthrough and brave step forward with clients reminds me why I love helping people and businesses thrive.

I am really lucky to celebrate the end of the year in Thailand too. 🇹🇭

Introducing my coaching client, liz from Liz MCormick Canine Therapy
and my new dog, Finley! 🐾

I’ve had the pleasure of coaching Liz this year to help her to grow her mobile canine therapy business, offering massage through Galen Myotherapy. Liz supports dogs living with chronic or long-term conditions, helping them move more comfortably, reduce pain and stiffness, and enjoy a better quality of life.
