Sick of the scales messing with your head? 🤯

I get it.

I’ve been there too and so have most of the people I work with.

For years, I let a number decide if I was doing “good enough” when progress is actually so much more than what the scales say.

And it’s important to remind ourselves that progress can be measured in so many other ways.

So here are 10 easy ways to measure success on your fitness journey (that have nothing to do with the scales) just like my team do ⬇️

1. Sleeping better
2. More energy during the day
3. Clothes fitting more comfortably
4. Fewer cravings or binges
5. Feeling stronger
6. Improved mood and less stress
7. Feeling fitter
8. Getting more compliments
9. More confidence in social situations
10. Feeling more like YOU again

The list could go on and on!

Remember, success and progress aren’t always visible but that doesn’t mean it’s not happening.

Focus on your wins instead of the scales and you’ll have a much more successful fitness journey.

You’ve got this 👊🏼

World Cup fever is here ⚽🍻

England kick off tomorrow, which means plenty of people will be sinking a few pints while watching the football.

And with that comes the unbelievable excuse that comes round every 4 years…

“It’s the World Cup mate.”

The World Cup doesn’t ruin people’s progress.

Using it as an excuse for the month does.

Contrary to what some fitness influencers will tell you, you don’t need to lock yourself in the house and avoid every social event to get results.

A few drinks won’t ruin your progress.

What will?

Turning one night into a week of being on one.

If you’re having a few bevs over the coming weeks, here’s 5 simple tips:

1️⃣ Pick smarter drinks

Lager, spirits with diet mixers or lower-calorie options will generally save you hundreds of calories compared to pints, cocktails and sugary mixers.

2️⃣ Eat before you go out

Going out starving is a guaranteed way to end up inhaling everything in sight by 10pm.

3️⃣ Don’t let drunk you make every decision

You probably don’t need the kebab, cheesy chips and a packet of biscuits when you get home. Have a bit of a plan before the beers start flowing!

4️⃣ Get back on track the next day

One night out isn’t the problem. Writing off the entire weekend is.

5️⃣ Keep moving

Get your steps in, train if you can and stick to your normal routine as much as possible.

Remember, it’s not about being perfect. It’s about being consistent enough, often enough.

Enjoy the football.

Enjoy a few drinks if you fancy it.

Just don’t let one game turn into weeks off track.

Now then…

England tomorrow.

It’s coming home 🏆🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Too many people think progress comes from nailing every workout, eating perfectly and never missing a day.

However, the reality is that the people who get the best results are usually the ones who keep going when life gets busy.

They miss a workout and get back on track.
They have a meal out and move on.
They have a bad week and don’t quit.

Results don’t come from being perfect.

They come from being consistent for long enough.

Keep showing up and chase consistency, not perfection.

Your future self will thank you for it 👊🏼

Check-in day 💪🏼

My favourite part of the week when it comes to coaching.

Checking in with the team, seeing the progress they’re making and helping them keep moving forward.

Real coaching isn’t just about handing someone a plan, setting their calories and hoping for the best.

It’s about looking at what’s working, identifying what’s not, making the right tweaks and helping people navigate real life along the way.

Different people need different support at different times. Sometimes it’s a nutrition adjustment. Sometimes it’s training. Sometimes it’s mindset, confidence or accountability.

The results you see don’t come from the plan itself.

They come from consistently making the right decisions week after week.

Proud of the work the team are putting in 👏🏼

“I realised all my clothes were too big and had to borrow a smaller top from my brother.”

That was the moment Adam knew all his hard work was paying off.

From never stepping foot in a gym to training consistently, dropping clothes sizes and completely changing his lifestyle.

Incredible work from Jordan 👏🏼

When he joined the team, his goal was simple. He wanted to build muscle, get lean and feel his best for his big day.

Fast forward and he did exactly that. He committed, stayed consistent and completely transformed his physique.

The mad thing is, he’s roughly the exact same weight in both photos, but the difference in how he looks and feels is light years apart!

He’s fitter, stronger and more confident than ever 🚀

The best part is how sustainable his results are. He’s built a lifestyle that allows him to train hard, enjoy his social life and still stay in shape wherever he is in the world 🌏

Now he’s in the best shape of his life and knows how to keep it that way!

If you want to do the same, DM me “RESULTS” and let’s get to work 📲

At some point, most people decide what they’re capable of long before they’ve actually even tried.

They tell themselves they’re not disciplined enough to get fit.
Not confident enough to start.
Not strong enough to change.
Not the type of person who can stick to something.

So they lower their expectations, play it safe and settle for less than they really want.

The funny thing is, the version of you that has the confidence, the energy, the strength and the lifestyle you want isn’t some completely different person.

It’s still YOU 👊🏼

The difference is that version keeps showing up when things get difficult. They keep going when progress feels slow. They back themselves even when there’s no evidence that it’s going to work yet.

Health and fitness teaches you this better than anything.

The people who achieve incredible results aren’t always the most talented or the most motivated.

They’re often just the ones who kept believing they could become more than they were.

So stop talking yourself out of what might be possible.

Back yourself.

Give yourself a chance.

Be the person you can be.

Four weeks 💥

That’s all it took for Jade to lose a stone, build strength and completely change how she looked and felt.

No fad diets.
No endless cardio.
No magic supplements.

Just three training sessions per week, better nutrition, consistency and trusting the process.

The hardest part wasn’t the training.

It was taking that first step and committing to herself.

Most people spend months thinking about it.

Jade took action and never looked back.

The result speaks for itself 👊🏼
