đŸ‡°đŸ‡·Last month I travelled to South Korea, back to Seoul for a week. I spent the week engaged in super interesting conversations around luxury consumer psychology, cultural consumer trends and leadership. đŸ‡°đŸ‡·

What I love the most about my work is how the same topics can generate wildly different conversations and mindsets depending on the country and culture. It means my job creates constant opportunities for learning and personal growth which I super grateful for.

Love the venue as I got to be thrown around a track by a pro driver at lunch time
. Probably shouldn’t have eaten lunch first 😂😂😜

Growth is a funny thing
.. because a part of it is realising you can’t go back to seeing life the same way again.

I first recognised this awareness fully when training to be a coach and going through some deep introspection. I Renee saying ‘WOW this is exhausting’. Because when you expand your world you start to see so many different things that you voiding see before. It allows for more curiosity, critical thinking, ideas and perspective.

You are still you but you have the ability to see through a different lens. This can be hard for some people as they may not understand or resonate. But you can be the inspiration or influence for those close to you to embrace change or growth in ways that feel good for them too.

Sometimes the environment that once fit you, doesn’t fit anymore. 🌎

It can feel isolating, frustrating. But it doesn’t mean your lost or ungrateful, it means you’ve grown and so you external doesn’t match your internal anymore.

Finding new rooms, new friends, new experiences is part of growth. It can feel scary but actually what I know is it opens up your world even more than it ever did before.

Keep at it, don’t let others tell you different and trust in you capabilities.

⭐ NEW networking event for Women in Business⭐

SHEdrives was born out of my 15 years experience in the automotive industry and engaging with women in business that work in traditionally male spaces.

While women are increasingly senior decision-makers, leaders and purchasers, many still feel uncomfortable or overlooked in traditional dealership environments. She Drives both celebrates women in leadership and those thriving in traditionally male-environments. The aim is to create an inclusive, welcoming environment to raise discussion around processes, systems and policies to support the mentorship, leverage and growth of women in leadership.

The name She Drives is intentional. It represents movement, momentum and progress, the drive required to create real change in our lives, businesses and workplaces. The event is rooted in the belief that inclusion doesn’t happen by accident ; it is driven forward by women who are motivated to lead differently, challenge norms and be the change they want to see.

Come and join the first networking event in collaboration with Vertu Land Rover Truro in their showroom in Cornwall Business Park, Scorrier on Thursday 26th March from 5-7pm.

There will be elevated networking, a chance to speak with expert sales consultants and look around the new Landrover and Range Rover Models, plus a speaker panel of women paving the way for others to follow.
