Who would have thought we would make it through the first six months of 2026 ? Yet here we're still striving, still believing for better days, still praying for good health, and still finding the strength to face whatever lies ahead.
The journey hasn't been easy. We've faced challenges, disappointments, and moments when giving up seemed like an option. But we didn't give up then, and we must not give up on ourselves now.
As we move into the days ahead, remember to protect your mental health. Rest when you need to. Speak kindly to yourself. Let go of what you can't control. Celebrate how far you've come, even if you're not yet where you want to be.
May the months ahead bring peace, strength, healing, and countless reasons to smile. No matter what comes our way, may we continue to rise, hope, and keep moving forward.
