Avian is really excited to share with you that our Home Ed classes will be returning next term (From 8th January) with Miss Harriet on Tuesdays.

💙Home Ed Acro at 11.30-12.15pm
💙Home Ed Dance at 12.30-1.15pm
💙Home Ed Dance/Acro Private sessions
💙Home Ed Tuition

Miss Harriet is a qualified dance teacher with IDTA and Acrobatic Arts. She is also a qualified teacher with QTS specialising in English (has held positions in KS2-KS4) and has also taught P.E and dance in infant, junior and high schools. She has 10 years experience in teaching and helping students achieve their full potential.

Private tuition with Miss Harriet will focus on any areas that children need help exploring and becoming more confident in.

This can be anything from grammar and punctuation to reading comprehension, analysing texts and spelling, through to KS2 Maths, Science and any other subject that they feel they need a boost.

As Miss Harriet has taught all ages, she is able to adapt her plans and methods to ensure the students get the most out of their lesson, whilst receiving high quality teaching.

This can be booked as a 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 and the cost can be split between these students.

These can be booked as a one off or in a block. With a one off session, we will cover a particular area or topic for that one session. With a block, we can look to work through a series of activities and exercises to show progress in an area they would like to improve and look to complete a full project highlighting what they have learnt.

Miss Harriet is passionate about dance and she is also passionate about teaching; she is excited to share both with the Home Ed community.

If you have any questions or there is anything you would like more information about, or to get your tuition booked (as there is only 1 hour a week from January currently), and you would like to book a block of those, then please let us know asap so we can secure your dates.

We won’t be offering free trials this week, but you can quickly enrol ready to join our classes from after half term. After Thursday, 12pm, anyone enquiring will be added to a free trial waiting list and will be contacted when our books re open and we have a space in the class.
