Are you sick of my running posts yet? If so… look away now! πŸ˜„πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ

I just had to give a special shout-out to three of my amazing clients who have been out there challenging themselves and smashing their goals.

πŸ‘ John β€” completing his half marathon and, as always, digging deep when it gets tough. He’s one of those people who keeps pushing, keeps showing up, and gets the job done. Even after saying he was taking it easy from now on… he’s already taken on another big challenge! πŸ˜‚

πŸ‘ Hilary & Kerri β€” absolutely smashed their 7.5-mile event!

Hilary has only recently returned to running this year, so what an incredible achievement and a great reminder of what consistency and determination can do.

Kerri has been putting in the work, focusing on her hills and fitting in extra running alongside everything else. She’s looking stronger and fitter every time I see her.

These guys are all part of the Peak Performance Bootcamp family, and one thing I love about this group is how they support each other. You’ll see them at events β€” either taking part, cheering from the sidelines, or encouraging someone else to keep going.

I’m lucky to work with so many people who are committed to improving themselves, staying active, and achieving things they once thought were out of reach.

Keep pushing, keep moving, and keep inspiring each other πŸ’ͺπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ

What a day! πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ”₯
Just completed the Perth half marathon... and what a run that was!
Whoever decided this was a flat route seriously needs to go back to school and learn the meaning of hills! 🀣πŸ€ͺ Add the heat into the mix, and it made for one seriously tough race.
Since January, we've been steadily plodding along, taking on race after race in pretty much every weather condition imaginable. Wind, rain, cold... we've had it all. But without a doubt, the heat has been the toughest challenge. But we kept each other going!
Massive well done to Kevin Coghlan and on smashing a sub-2-hour half marathonβ€”you both worked incredibly hard for it and thoroughly deserved it! πŸ‘πŸ‘
I missed out by 5 minutes, but I'm genuinely happy with my result. Every race is another step forward, and today was all about digging deep and getting it done.
What a day. What a team. ❀️

Well done to all my clients and friends that also smashed today, and The Cone guy he deserves a shout out of his own, I don't know how he managed to run in that. You are all amazing! ⭐️

Now it's time to recover, refuel, and start preparing for the next race.Β  A trail run next give the knees a break! πŸ‘€πŸ’ͺ

Brig Bash βœ”οΈ
This one's been on the list for a while... not just for the race, but let's be honest, mainly for the cracking buffet afterwards! πŸ˜‚ What better way to finish a race?
From the minute we started until the minute we finished, the rain never let up. My lace came undone in the first mile, I picked up a rotten stitch in the third, and for a minute I thought, aw here we go!πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ
But somehow I dug in, finished strong, and clocked my fastest mile of the yearβ€”7:30! Absolutely buzzing with that. πŸ’ͺπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
Best part, though, was catching up with the wee run gang. None of the three of us were really feeling it tonight, yet somehow we all came away with PBs. Funny how running works like that, eh? Sometimes the runs you expect the least from turn out to be the best.
Massive thanks to the for another brilliantly organised event. Great atmosphere, great people, and a fantastic spread waiting for us at the finish. Already looking forward to next year! πŸ…πŸ°

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of being invited to speak at the Perth Road Runners Lifestyle & Nutrition Seminar alongside a fantastic panel of speakers: John Rudd (Run4it), Olga Robertson (Claymore Fitness), Gayle Lindsay (PUMA-sponsored athlete), and Alistair Dall (Footcare Scotland).

The seminar was packed with valuable information and insights for runners of all levels. My presentation focused on a Sports Therapy Guide to Injury Prevention and Management, covering practical strategies to help runners stay strong.

It was great to share knowledge with such an enthusiastic group of runners. Hopefully, everyone who attended took away some useful tips and information that will help support them on their running journey.

A big thank you to for the invitation and to my fellow speakers for making it such an informative and enjoyable event.

What an incredible achievement from my client Alan, who completed the Celtman Extreme Scottish Triathlon last weekend.
Just thinking about the event itself sends shivers through me and for good reason. The Celtman is one of the toughest endurance challenges in the world: a cold, wild open-water swim in a Scottish sea loch, a long and brutal bike through remote Highland roads, and a demanding mountain marathon to finish it off. It’s not just a race, it’s a full test of resilience, endurance, and mental strength against some of the harshest conditions you can imagine.
To not only take it on, but to finish it, is something very few people on this planet ever achieve. The training, the discipline, the early mornings, the fatigue, the doubts all of it leading to a single day where everything has to come together.
Alan should be incredibly proud of what he’s accomplished. Completing Celtman puts him in a category of athletes defined not just by fitness, but by determination, patience, and an ability to keep going when most people would stop.
A truly outstanding performance and an unforgettable milestone. Inspiring stuff. Well done Alan πŸ‘ πŸ’ͺ

Massive congratulations to Heather on completing her first 5K Spartan! πŸ’ͺπŸ…
She put in the time, effort, and hard work for this, and despite a few setbacks along the way, she showed up, crossed that finish line, and got it done. As they say "completed it mate" βœ…οΈ what an achievement! πŸ‘Œ
Just look at that huge medal and that even bigger smile 😁
I first met Heather whilst in the training clinic at college, and when I eventually got myself set up, she tracked me down. Once you've had the healing touch of Rana, there's just no going back 🀣
Seriously though, I'm incredibly proud of everything you've achieved. This medal is well deserved and proof that consistency, determination, and not giving up pays off.
Enjoy every second of it, Heather you've earned it! πŸ”₯πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ…

Cupping therapy is now available at the clinic πŸ™Œ

A great addition to sports therapy treatment, cupping can help:
βœ”οΈ Reduce muscle tightness
βœ”οΈ Improve blood flow
βœ”οΈ Support recovery
βœ”οΈ Decrease soreness
βœ”οΈ Help improve mobility & movement

Whether you’re dealing with post-training fatigue, stubborn tightness, or just want to aid recovery, cupping can be a powerful tool alongside hands-on therapy

Another polite reminder, please.

This is just a polite reminder of my cancellation policy. Although it doesn't happen very often, and I do hate doing it, it's something I unfortunately have to do being self-employed.
Thanks

Massive congratulations to Emily on smashing her marathon PB! πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ”₯
An incredible performance and all the more special knowing she’s also raised a huge amount for Heart UK a cause close to her heart ❀️
This result is no accident. Emily has put in the miles week in, week out over the last year. Early mornings, long runs, staying consistent and dedicated and it’s all paid off in the best way possible.
Absolutely fantastic effort from start to finish. Well done, Emily! πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ‘
