Scone Whites 2014s still have a couple of spaces left in the team for players ahead of the new 11 aside season starting.

We plan to hold an open training session on Tuesday 11th August for anyone interested in trying out.

We are particularly interested in hearing from any keen goalies.

There may be no football being played but work is still going on behind the scenes.

We will be moving to the Park pitch for our 11s season from August, so one of our coaches and players were out helping to get some areas sorted today.

Hopefully everyone is enjoying the start to the holidays and details will be out soon for training starting up again.

PoTM went to Keir this week. Keir played some great football out on the wing. He has an incredible work rate and linked up well with the midfield! Well done Keir!! 👏

We played our final game at 9s on Sunday.

The final score didn't quite reflect the game - it was end to end football and we were so unlucky with a lot of chances. Jeanfield managing to capitalise on their chances.

As a whole it was a great display of how far we have come.

Well done to all the boys; the work rate was much improved!

We are still looking for a goalkeeper to complete our team ahead of 11-a-side so please spread the word if you know of any goalkeepers looking for a new challenge, new team or more game time! 🧤 ⚽️ 🧤

A little later this week but Sunday’s Player of the Match went to Luca who had a great game in midfield; Intercepting the ball well, and showing plenty composure and awareness.

He got us back into the game and our confidence grew from that point on!
