Ever noticed how the habits we *swear* weβre going to stick to are usually the ones we make far too big?
We try to change everything at once, then wonder why we run out of energy three days later.
The secret is not to push harder.
It is to start smaller. πͺπΌ
One tiny habit, repeated consistently, can do more for your productivity than a massive burst of motivation that disappears by Wednesday.
Want more simple tips to help you build habits that actually last?
π¬ Comment **HABIT** below and Iβll send you more.
Feeling busy, behind, or already waiting for Friday by Wednesday afternoon?
You're not alone.
What Matters Wednesday is a free weekly 30-minute productivity reset designed to help you pause, regroup, and refocus on what matters most.
Instead of letting the week run away with you, we'll spend half an hour creating clarity, identifying priorities, and building momentum for the days ahead.
No complicated productivity systems.
No pressure.
No overwhelm.
Just practical ideas, simple actions, and a chance to reset your focus before the week disappears.

Have you ever wondered why it's so easy to stick to good habits some days... and almost impossible on others?
James Clear said:
"In the long-run... your willpower will never beat your environment. The more disciplined your environment is, the less disciplined you need to be."
We often blame ourselves when we don't stick to a habit.
"I just need more motivation." π€
"I need more self-discipline." π
But what if the problem isn't you?
Think about it. If the biscuits are on the kitchen counter, you'll probably eat one.
If your phone is beside you while you're trying to work, you'll probably pick it up.
If your trainers are already by the front door, you're far more likely to go for that walk.
Your environment quietly shapes your behaviour every single day.
Instead of relying on willpower, make the good habits easier and the bad habits harder. πͺπΌ
Put your book where you'll see it.
Leave your water bottle on your desk.
Turn off unnecessary notifications.
Create an environment that works *with* you, not against you.
Tomorrow's blog and podcast will explore why habits are so important for productivity and long-term success, and how small daily actions can improve your focus, protect your energy, and help you make consistent progress.
What's one small change you could make to your environment today that would make tomorrow a little easier?

Itβs been a while since I shared why I started reThink Your Perspective...
The short version? It came from burnout, overthinking, and realising life was not meant to feel like a constant race to keep up.
reThink was built around one simple idea:
We cannot control time, but we can learn to manage what we do with it and how we think about our lives.
That shift changed things for me, and now it is what I help others do too.
Because sometimes the first step is not doing more.
It is simply seeing things differently. πͺ
π¬ What do you think?
By Wednesday, itβs easy to feel like the week has already run away with you....
Thatβs exactly why Iβm starting What Matters Wednesday.
A free 30-minute reset to help you pause, refocus, and make a simple plan for the rest of your week.
First session: Wednesday 1st July at 8pm UK time.

Have you ever reached the end of the day and wondered where the time went?
Jim Rohn said:
"Either you run the day, or the day runs you."
Most days don't fall apart because we don't have enough time. They fall apart because we start reacting instead of deciding.
We check emails before our priorities.
We answer notifications before focusing on what matters.
We spend the day putting out fires, only to realise the important things never got done.
The people who seem most productive aren't necessarily working harder. They're simply making deliberate choices about where their time, energy and attention go.
You don't need to control every minute of your day. You just need to decide what matters most before the day decides for you.
That's exactly why I'm launching What Matters Wednesday this week β a free 30-minute productivity reset to help you stop counting down to the weekend, refocus on what matters, and finish your week with more purpose.
Join me live on Weds 1st July at 8pm across my social medias!
