PGA Professional
High Performance Coaching & Custom Fitting in Plymouth What sets me apart is the genuine care and tailored strategies I offer.

I’m Josh Salmon, and I’m thrilled to be your partner on the journey to better golf. My clients consistently praise the personalised approach and dedication I bring to each session. With a first-class honours degree in Sports & Exercise Science and ongoing studies toward a Master’s in High-Performance Coaching, I blend top-notch qualifications with a passion for helping golfers of all levels. Over the past nine years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching at some of the region's finest facilities, including as a senior PGA professional at a top 100 course, being the lead coach for a thriving junior academy and university golf team. My approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the game and the different needs that all people have. I don't believe there is a one right way for us all to play golf but I do believe I can find a way to make you play your best golf. Current clients highlight my commitment to making each lesson engaging and effective, with a focus on individual progress and improvement. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your skills, my goal is to provide a supportive and encouraging environment to help you achieve your golfing aspirations.

I’m picking option one I think, and I’d definitely enjoy it more than option two 🤣

What do you think? Does anyone want a match to see what would win?

Excited to get some wedges in my hand to test and see if they can make there way into my demo matrix.

As a golfer have you wanted to test Avoda products? And if you have tested them how would you rate them?

This player had a very active rate of closure before this lesson, and always felt like they were so reliant on timing to strike it well.

We made a few changes and now it’s machine like 🤖
Efficient and repeatable 😮‍💨 I could watch that on repeat for hours

Tag 2 golfers:

One that is an absolute player and one I could beat with one hand, let them figure out who’s who 👀

A little wrist injury had me hitting a few balls one handed, and I really like what it made me do, it made me be patient and use the club’s momentum to strike it!
