Yin Yoga is all about finding improved flexibility and space in your body and mind. It is a beautiful practice that helps you strengthen the muscles of concentration and focus. In the summer there tends to be alot of yang like energy so it is important we have moments of rest.

Help needed!
Not yoga-related, but I’m hoping some kind, dog-loving human might be able to look after our girl for a day or two. She can come home with you overnight or stay at ours if that’s easier.
I’m currently away in Lithuania running a yoga retreat, and our dog sitters need to attend a wedding.
She’s an active, very loving dog who’s happy pretty much anywhere as long as there’s food, cuddles, and a bit of company. ❤️
