A thank you to Devon Chambers for hosting today’s Crunchy Breakfast session. It was a brilliant opportunity to connect with local leaders and dive into a conversation that truly matters for the future of our workforce.

One theme stood out loud and clear:
behaviours and culture aren’t “nice-to-haves” they’re the foundation of strong relationships, effective leadership and the long‑term employability of graduates and service leaders.

At Propel Business Consultancy, we see every day how the right cultural environment can unlock potential, build confidence, and create the kind of relationships that drive organisations forward. Today’s discussion reinforced just how essential this work is.

Our teams at Propel Business Consultancy and Tavistock Beds are joining forces to raise money for a cause that really matters to us Dartmoor Search and Rescue Team - Ashburton. We’re getting stuck in as a group and walking the Templar Way this Sunday 19th April, doing what we can to make a positive difference, and we’d love a bit of support along the way.
