GKR Karate UK will be running special seminars in May to support REFUGE - a charity who supports and help survivors of domestic and family abuse!

GKR Regions 2 & 3 will be holding a seminar in Crumpsall on Saturday the 31st of May.

This event is open to EVERYONE! GKR Student or not! Bring your friends and family to support a great cause, and learn some life skills!

GKR Karate has been empowering people of all ages to reach their maximum potential for over 40 years. Our mission is to provide a positive and inclusive training environment for all students, with a view towards building strong, healthy and confident individuals.

The position and its requirements;
Information distributor
We are seeking help with weekend stalls in Preston (North Manchester). Ideally we are looking for someone who has had experience in working with people either through customer service, trades, or hospitality related industries would be helpful, as sound communication and/or networking skills would be preferred.
Own vehicle/licence required.

GRADING: THIS SUNDAY 🥋

Congratulations to all our students who get to attempt their next grade 👊

Here’s all the information you need to know:

📍Grading is taking place at Brookfield community primary school, Watling street road, PR1 6TU

⏰Grading assessment will take place from 10am

🥋belt awarding will take place at the end of the assessment

Don’t be late! Please arrive 15 minutes before your grading to insure a smooth sign in and a chance to warm up

🥋Full Gi must be worn including belt and badge is mandatory for grading
🥊Don’t Forget your FULL sparring equipment too if you need it for your grading criteria
💧Bring a bottle of water along to stay hydrated there will be drinks breaks

And Most importantly have fun 🤩
