We are kicking off 3 weeks of free fitness and self defence sessions throughout Preston.
Available to all women and girls aged 11+
Under 16s must be with an adult.
Please dress for the weather

Meeting location for tonight is Frenchwood rec car park, behind Christ the King.
If you have your own fitness step, please bring along.
We want to encourage more people to become active and move more.

**Free Fitness and Self Defence sessions**
I had planned to launch this on Friday, but life took me WAY OFF COURSE these past few days.
Better late than never!
We are delivering 3 weeks of free activities, to empower as many people as possible.
The next 3 Thursdays we will be moving around the city offering free fitness classes.
No excuses 👀💪 👌
And
3 weeks of free Self Defence and Personal Safety sessions in partnership with Hope Prevails Preston funded via the police and crime commissioner.
No need to book, just turn up and take part.
Our mission is to engage with as many people as we can, and share positive experiences ✨️
Tomorrow myself Charlene Pritchard and Siobhan Dobson will be showcasing the amazing Hiitstep
If you have your own step, please bring it along. Otherwise we can modify if without a step.
Community fitness is a fantastic way to make new friends, improve your fitness, health and wellbeing.
Min age is 11+
