Fat loss food does not have to be chicken, rice and sadness đ
One of the easiest meals I've been making during this cut:
đŻ High-protein burger wraps
Per wrap: 577 calories 53g protein 59g carbs 13g fat
And because most of the ingredients were already prepped, I put four of these together in about 5 minutes.
That's the bit people often overcomplicate.
You don't need a completely different diet when you're trying to lose fat.
You need meals you actually enjoy, enough protein, sensible portions and a system that's easy enough to repeat when you're busy.
Simple works.
Save this one for the next time you're staring at another bowl of dry chicken and rice wondering where it all went wrong đ

Day 10/50.
95.7kg this morning, up from 95.3kg yesterday.
And Iâm changing absolutely nothing.
One weigh-in doesnât tell you whether a diet is working. One meal doesnât ruin a diet. One âgoodâ day doesnât make a successful fat-loss phase either.
The pattern does.
When you collect enough data, it starts to paint a picture and sometimes that picture tells you exactly where the problem is.
Calories. Training. Steps. Meal prep. Consistency.
Keep doing the boring things long enough for the evidence to become clear.
Then adjust if the evidence actually gives you a reason to.
40 days to go.
Day 07/50

80 kg â 60.5 kg.
One Proud Coach.
Nearly 20 kg down, but the bigger achievement is that Simone stopped starting over.
When we began working together in July 2024, the goal was not a quick transformation. It was to build a training and nutrition routine he could actually sustain.
We kept the process straightforward:
Structured strength training.
Clear nutrition targets.
Daily movement.
Regular accountability.
Adjustments around real life.
By May this year, Simone had reached 69 kg. He then committed fully to one final focused phase, tracked accurately and followed the plan all the way to 60.5 kg, leaner, stronger and visibly more muscular.
The original goal was to arrive at Boomtown feeling confident in his body.
He achieved that and more.
My role was to provide the plan, accountability and course corrections.
Simone did the difficult part: showing up week after week, including when progress felt slow.
He did not just lose weight. He proved to himself that he can remain consistent long enough to finish what he started.
Massive credit, mate. Properly earned.
Iâm opening two online-coaching spaces this month for busy professionals who want to lose fat, build strength and stop starting over.

Day 1 of 50.
4:30am weigh-in.
Morning check-in.
Two clients.
Incline walk.
Breakfast done before 8:30am.
The goal for the next 50 days is simple: execute the plan every day and document what actually happens.
Just training, nutrition, work and consistency.
Day 1: done.
50 days.
I don't know if it's enough time.
That's exactly why I'm doing it.
Day 1 starts tomorrow.
Knowing what to do but not how to do it.
Is an incredibly DANGEROUS excuse.
because its easy.
You need to find YOUR why. and you'll figure it out.

10 weeks of proper consistency.
Merv is down around 8kg, feeling fitter, getting stronger, and moving better.
From 122kg down to 114kg!
But the biggest win is not just the weight loss.
Itâs the way heâs approached the process.
He follows the plan.
He tracks what matters.
He takes notes.
He trains with intent.
He communicates properly.
He keeps showing up.
That is why the result is happening.
No extreme diet. No magic exercises. No nonsense.
Just structure, accountability, progressive training, and enough consistency repeated over time.
This is what coaching is supposed to do:
Give you a clear plan.
Help you understand what to focus on.
Adjust when needed.
Keep you moving forward.
Really proud of the work Merv has put in so far, and this is only 10 weeks in!!
