Septembers Trainers Of The Month 🤩🤩

Big Shoutout to 2 of our longest serving clients (and cheekiest 😅😂)

Probably a long overdue one for these 2 gals, but definitely a deserved one!!

Both are always helpful, talkative 😂 and work with anyone!!

Plus they’ve brought mother and daughter groups to the team 🤩

Last week I heard a story about them inviting people on a coffee morning outside the gym with a couple of the other ladies and realised just how much people like Miia and Joanne make Relentless more than just a gym 🥰

Imagine this… 💭

Imagine leaving 2026 feeling proud of yourself.
Not because you followed a perfect diet for a few weeks.
Not because you found another quick fix.
But because you finally started putting the work in.

Imagine going into 2027 knowing you’ve started your journey.
You’ve built the habits.
You’ve learned how to train.
You’ve learned how to fuel yourself.
You’ve started becoming more confident in yourself.
Now imagine looking back two or three years from now and seeing just how far you’ve come.

Three years ago, this was her.
Today, she’s a completely different woman.

She’s lost five stone, transformed her physique and, more importantly, transformed the way she feels about herself.

She’s more confident. She’s happier. She walks into the gym differently. She enjoys showing her progress. She even gives me a bit of grief now and again. 😂
But she didn’t do it overnight.

She just keeps showing up.

This year has gone insanely quick!!

I can’t believe we opened the doors 10 months ago and I can’t believe how exciting and crazy it’s been; From navigating being a PT to all of a sudden becoming a business owner 🥴😂

All the while, navigating being a dad at the same time (the best reward going 💯)

I am forever grateful to all you guys who have put your time, trust and energy into Relentless and who continue to make it feel like such a special place to be part of.

Without you guys who have always shown up, the gym wouldn’t be what it is.

And without the team around me; Cindy, Amy, Emily, Shelley, James, Tamara, it wouldn’t be possible.

The aim is to give real people real results, I will continue to push that ethos as I enter the next decade of my life, whilst giving you all Relentless Help in a Relentless Setting 🤩
