⚽️ U6 DEVELOPMENT SQUAD | 6 PLACES REMAINING

We currently have just 6 places available in our Monday U6 Development Squad.

And these two are a great example of where the journey can lead! 👆⚽️

Both have been with Passmaster since U6, progressing through our Development Squads year after year. It’s been fantastic to watch them develop as players along the way. 💙

Our Development Squads are not pay-as-you-play sessions. Places are limited, allowing our coaches to work consistently with the same group each week and create an environment focused on individual development and progression.

Sessions follow our Passmaster Development Syllabus, focusing on:

⚽ Technical development
⚽ 1v1 dominance
⚽ Game understanding & decision-making
⚽ Game-based learning
⚽ Confidence & individual development

Working with players consistently also allows our coaches to understand each individual and provide the right level of challenge and support as they progress.

🧤⚽️ OUR GOALKEEPER DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS ARE UNDERWAY!

A brilliant first evening for our brand-new goalkeeper programme with Dave Bennett! 🙌

Two groups of young goalkeepers working on position-specific techniques, decision-making and the fundamentals of the position - with plenty of saves along the way! 🔥

It was great to see goalkeepers from different clubs coming together, working hard and enjoying their first session.

We’re really excited to see how these groups develop over the coming weeks! 🧤📈

Another top night at our Development Squad sessions! ⚽️🔥

Plenty of quality work across both our boys’ and girls’ groups this evening, with our older girls lucky to have the legend that is Glyn Harding leading their session! 👏

Glyn brings a wealth of experience - former Assistant Academy Director at Wolves FC, UEFA A Licence holder, FA Coach Educator and previously part of the Academy setup at Shrewsbury Town FC.

A brilliant opportunity for our girls to learn from such an experienced coach! 💙⚽️

New for October Half Term.

Our Player Development Day provides players with the opportunity to access focused, individualised coaching through dedicated 1-to-1 and small group sessions.

📅 Wednesday 28th October
📍 London Road Sports Centre, Shrewsbury
⏱️ Sessions available throughout the day

Delivered by Passmaster Head Coach Lee Green, each session will be designed around the needs of the individual, with a clear focus on technical development, decision-making and game-specific detail.

1-to-1 Coaching
Individual attention with a session tailored specifically to the player.

Small Group Coaching
A maximum of 6 players, allowing for increased repetition, realistic opposed practices and individual coaching detail.

Places will be limited to maintain the quality and focus of each session.
