The Active Life Gym is a ladies only gym, run by ladies for ladies. The 10 amazing motor assisted machines are suitable for ladies whatever their level of fitness, age or weight. We have a fantastic 30-minute exercise program. They help target problem areas, increase energy levels, assist recovery from operations and child birth and combat signs of ageing.
