Introducing FLIGHFIT ASCEND 🚀

These will be low cost, high value workouts you can do at home or anywhere that you can access small equipment such as dumbells, kettlebells and resistance bands.

There will also be targeted gym programming for those who attend gyms with the most typical equipment, so nothing too fancy if your gym is less equipped.

🚨 8 WEEK COURSE NEWS 🚨

For the first time EVER we have opened up all the current available spaces for our next 8 week course so that you can book NOW!

Any other spaces that open up will be available to book online from Sunday 21st June

So if you’ve been thinking about joining one of our aerial hoop or pole dance classes now is the time! Jump online and secure your space ready to start our next course at the beginning of July!

Our next block of courses are available to book online now for the kids classes!

It is the final term of the year (how crazy) so get the kids booked in for lots of aerial fun!

Hammocks will start up again on Tuesday 2nd June at 4:30pm and is a 7 week course

Aerial Hoop & Pole 5-10s will start up again on Friday 5th at 5:15pm followed by Aerial Hoop 10-15s at 6:15pm and is a 6 week course (due to Kayla being away on July 10th)

PAYG spaces will open up towards the end of the week when course spaces have been made 🩷
