Reception have loved their first after-school club, Funky Fingers. We have been taking part in activities that strengthen the muscles in our fingers, which helps to improve fine motor skills. These skills are important for tasks such as writing, drawing, cutting, and everyday independence.

Year 1 have had a brilliant day! We went for a walk this morning to spot some human and physical features of geography. When we got back to school, we looked at the route we had taken on an aerial photograph and identified what we had seen. Year 2 had an amazing time at Martin Mere! 🦆🌿 We explored the wonders of nature by discovering interesting pond creatures, completing food chains, and building dens. 🏞️🐸 We even got to see some animals in their natural habitats! Of course, we couldn't resist a bit of fun in the park too! 🎉🌳
