🌟 Amazing Recovery Story! 🌟
A huge congratulations to Madeline, who is already back to Pilates just 4 weeks after her knee replacement surgery! 👏💪
Her consultant was delighted with her progress and commented that her recovery has been greatly accelerated thanks to the Pilates conditioning she had built up before her operation. In fact, Madeline was achieving milestones in just 3 weeks that many patients don’t reach until 3 months after surgery!
This is a fantastic example of how maintaining strength, mobility, and fitness before surgery can make a real difference to recovery afterwards.
We are so proud of you, Madeline, and thrilled to have you back in class already. Keep up the incredible work! ❤️

This is a reminder that movement should feel supportive, encouraging and accessible for everybody 💜
I recently had the pleasure of delivering a one-off Chair Pilates session for the lovely Pearls WI in Wythall, and it was such a heartwarming afternoon filled with smiles, laughter and connection ✨
One of the most rewarding parts of my job is creating a space where people feel comfortable, cared for and confident to move in a way that works for them, without pressure or judgement.
Thank you so much to all the wonderful ladies who came along and embraced the session with such warmth and positivity and shared some lovely feedback after the session. It was really special to see everyone supporting one another and enjoying the benefits of gentle movement together. 💜

Tight hamstrings are one of those things a lot of people ignore… until they start causing real problems.
If your hamstrings are constantly tight, it’s not just about feeling stiff after a workout. It can actually lead to:
* Lower back pain
* Poor posture
* Increased risk of injury
* Reduced mobility in hips and knees
* That constant “pulling” feeling when you bend or walk
When your hamstrings are shortened, they pull on your pelvis, which can throw your whole alignment off. That’s often why people with tight hamstrings also complain about back or hip discomfort.
The good news? It’s fixable 🙌
Regular stretching, strengthening the surrounding muscles, and moving more throughout the day can make a huge difference - and that’s what we can help you with at our weekly pilates classes.

Being a mum, or a motherly figure can be overwhelming at times, but it’s also the most beautiful and rewarding journey. 💪✨
One thing we all know is how important it is to make time for you, even if it’s only a couple of hours a week. You can’t pour from an empty cup, and you absolutely deserve that time. 🌷
