You might not be within touching distance of Harry Kane… but there’s another Harry right here. 😂 🏴
And while I can’t promise you England captain status, there is something we can all take from an elite athlete mentality.
Elite performance isn’t just about talent.
It’s about understanding your body.
Working on your weaknesses.
Building resilience.
Recovering properly.
And doing the right things consistently: especially when nobody is watching.
That mentality isn’t reserved for professional footballers.
At TAGFIT, I work with everyday people who want to move better, feel stronger and get more confidence back in their body.
Some are dealing with pain and long-standing movement problems. Others are rebuilding after surgery, managing neurological challenges, or simply refusing to accept that feeling stiff, weak and restricted is “just part of getting older”.
You don’t need to train like an England captain. ⚽️
But you can start treating your own health and movement with the same importance an elite athlete gives theirs.
Understand what your body needs.
Build around your individual weaknesses.
Train with purpose.
Recover with purpose.
Keep showing up.
Elite mentality. Applied to everyday life.
And fortunately for you, there’s a Harry a little closer to home. 😉 🏴
TAGFIT | Movement. Nervous System. Longevity.

The pelvic floor works together with the diaphragm, abdominal wall, and deep spinal stabilisers to create stability, manage pressure, and support efficient movement. When one part isn’t doing its job well, the entire system can be affected.
By combining developmental positions with resistance we can challenge these connections while improving control, coordination, and postural support.
This position helps to restore hip internal rotation, hip adduction, tibial internal rotation and the stack of the ribcage with the pelvis (zone of apposition), directly influencing how force is absorbed throughout the body (true strength)
This type of training can help improve:
🔸Pelvic floor function and awareness
🔸Core stability and breathing coordination
🔸Postural control
🔸Hip and trunk stability
🔸Force transfer throughout the body
🔸Movement efficiency during daily activities and sport
The goal isn’t to isolate muscles. It’s to help the body coordinate and stabilise more effectively as a whole.

People do not come to TAGFIT just to exercise. They come to rebuild confidence in their body.
For over 16 years, I have coached people privately through strength, movement, posture, injury recovery, biomechanics, and physical confidence.
As an advanced professional with GP Exercise Referral training, my work has always been built around helping people move better, feel stronger, and understand their body with more clarity.
Over the years, the common themes in client feedback have been:
Feeling more supported
Understanding their body better
Moving with more confidence
Feeling stronger
Having a plan that finally makes sense
Improving function
Feeling more in control
This same TAGFIT approach is now being applied to people on a medically supported weight-loss journey.
Because if your body is changing, your training needs to support that change.
This programme is for people who want to:
Stay strong
Support muscle
Move better
Improve posture
Train safely
Feel more confident
Avoid becoming smaller but weaker
Build a body that feels capable, not just lighter
The Weight-Loss Strength Support Programme is now open for a limited number of 1-1 clients.

During a weight-loss journey, appetite and food intake can change.
That can make it harder to know whether you are consistently eating enough protein, drinking enough water, and supporting your body properly while weight is reducing.
Current research around weight-loss support continues to highlight resistance training and adequate protein intake as useful strategies for supporting lean mass and physical function during weight reduction.
This is why The Weight-Loss Strength Support Programme does not just include 1-1 strength coaching.
It also includes access to the TAGFIT App, giving you simple tools to support your nutrition and hydration habits outside of your sessions.
Inside the app, you can: 📱
Track your daily nutrition
Log your protein intake
Monitor your hydration
Use the barcode scanner for convenience
Build more awareness around your food choices
Support your strength training with better consistency
This can be especially useful if your appetite is lower, because eating less does not always mean your body is getting the support it needs.
The goal is not to obsess over food. 🔑
The goal is to help you train, recover, and stay consistent while your body changes.
You do not need punishment.
You need a strength and support plan.

For people on a medically supported weight-loss journey, it can be easy to feel like the medication is doing most of the work and that exercise becomes less of a priority.
However, emerging research is continuing to highlight the importance of exercise alongside weight-loss interventions.
A 2024 review on incretin-based weight-loss pharmacotherapy proposed that tailored resistance exercise may be an important part of supporting body-composition goals, particularly by helping to preserve lean mass while fat loss is taking place.
That is the gap this programme is designed to support.
This is not about extreme training or chasing rapid results.
It is a physical support system to help you train in a way that supports:
Strength
Muscle function
Posture
Mobility
Balance
Exercise confidence
Movement quality
Because the long-term goal is not just a lighter body.
It is a body that feels stronger, more capable, and better supported through the process.
The Weight-Loss Strength Support Programme is designed to support people who want to protect their strength, movement and physical function during a medically supported weight-loss journey.

When the body loses weight, the goal is not simply to lose as much scale weight as possible.
The goal is to support fat loss while helping maintain strength, function, and physical capacity.
Research looking at exercise during weight-loss interventions highlights the role exercise training can play in supporting body composition and lean-mass outcomes in adults with overweight or obesity. - Bellicha et al. 2021
And your body needs to keep receiving the message: 📥
