You may hear us mention this word often at BOOSTfit.
We want to remind everyone that:
It's ok not to 'fit in'
It's ok to 'go wrong'
It is ok to 'not keep up'
It's ok to 'not feel like smiling'
Judgement free and pressure free, it's vital everyone in our community (be it BOOSTer or instructor) feels safe to be themselves.
Let's start to really embrace being FLAWSOME!

Why are we so passionate about movement?
Because at BOOSTfit, we believe in creating a space where people can come together, without fear of judgement or pressure to“keep up”. Something rather daunting for many, such as attending a fitness class, begins to feel achievable and enjoyable. Everybody deserves the right to move their body, and BOOST their mental and physical health.
We are proud that our classes are trauma-informed and we strive to make a positive difference within an industry which can feel, at times, toxic and profiting on insecurities.
We see FLAWSOME - our flaws make us awesome and we celebrate you are you are, right here and right now.
