This Sunday feels especially meaningful as we gather beneath the energy of the rare Blue Moon, traditionally associated with reflection, intuition, release, and new beginnings.
And what better way to honour that energy than by giving yourself permission to slow down?
Through Yoga Nidra and a deeply restorative sound healing journey, you’ll be invited into a state of profound rest where the body can soften, the mind can quieten, and the nervous system can reset.
