I truly believe that one of the greatest gifts we can give our children is a mum who also takes care of herself. 🫶🏻
Not because motherhood isn’t important — it’s one of the most meaningful parts of my life — but because I want my children to see a woman who is looking after her health, her wellbeing, and her happiness too.
That’s why I make time to move my body, look after my health, protect my energy, and continue growing as a person.
Not because I’m chasing perfection or trying to meet anyone else’s standards.
Simply because I want to feel well.
Strong enough to enjoy life.
Healthy enough to keep up with my children.
Present enough to appreciate the little moments.
