Even my skin hurts today!

Stress is a major trigger for fibromyalgia flare-ups. It heightens the central nervous system's sensitivity to pain, increases muscle tension, and worsens fatigue. Conversely, the constant pain and exhaustion of fibromyalgia cause significant emotional stress, creating a vicious cycle.

This is how my Poochie says so fit & Healthy, also his best friend Bear spoils him and treats him periodically.

I must say I got this diet and way of Poochie life from the stuff he brought and this boxed hamper do-dah is new as I couldn't justify bulk buying previously, but buying in bulk does save money in the long run?🙏❤️
