Meadowbank Day Service

To add to all of our recent adventures, we were also lucky enough to have an incredible visit from Sal at Somerset Wildlife Trust, who taught us all about badgers and their fascinating lives.

We also continued working on our tree photography project with the talented Stephanie Stanyard Photography, capturing some fantastic images along the way.

We’ve certainly been keeping busy, making wonderful memories, learning new skills, and having lots of fun through hands-on experiences!

Absolutely fantastic photography workshop with the very talented Stephanie Stanyard Photography.

The weather had other ideas, so we swapped our original plans and focused on portrait photography instead. We learned how to position ourselves and our model, make the most of natural light, and use digital tools to transform the final image.

It was a fabulous morning filled with laughter, learning, and creativity. The photos produced were outstanding, and we all came away with so many new skills and inspiration.

Pippa really enjoyed this week’s art session with Chris, who joins us once a week to help with different creative projects. 🎨🌳

This week we spent time tree sketching together, enjoying the fresh air and getting creative with nature-inspired drawings. A lovely calm afternoon full of creativity, conversation and smiles.

What a lovely day we had at Watchet Radio Museum last week! 📻 So much to see and learn, really interesting from start to finish. We even had the steam train arrive while we were there, which made the day even more special! 🚂
