FREE TRIAL LESSONS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST. Here at our Academy we teach Martial Arts specialising in Kickboxing, Karate and Self-defence. Along side the martial arts we have fitness classes and personal training available. Our students ages range from 4 years old up to any age. The Panthers classes at Roche Martial Arts are designed to help children build confidence, improve coordination, learn discipline and most importantly have fun in a safe and supportive environment.
