Hi all, due to the heatwave we’ve decided that it would not be safe to train tomorrow, so there will be no class this week: see you all back on 2nd July.

This week our newly graded students have been exploring their new techniques. Our White sashes are learning new walking techniques such as Spear Hand, whilst Purple sash Jim is developing his new set Lau Gar Lup Hap Kuen, “fist of 6 coordinations “. Why not join us? Reminder: there will be no training session on Thursday 7th May as the Community Centre will be used for the local elections.

It’s been a week of hard-earned achievements, with students demonstrating their skills before our Grading panel.
Many congratulations to our new White Sash students Harry, Avand, Ayend and Catherine; and to our new Purple Sash Jim. Regional Sifu Stewart was very impressed with their focus and dedication.
