How is it Tuesday already?!
Must have been that glorious Bank Holiday weekend…
Which means tomorrow is BOOSTfit Wednesday— and I now have two whole days to learn my new routines.
And this time, I really am introducing something new…
But what will it be?
A new warm-up?
New strength section?
A whole new routine?
We all know I’m taking a risk by changing things up a bit… but I like to live on the edge.

In less than a WEEK, Mat Pilates classes start at Eastmoor Community Project!
Never done Pilates before? What’s stopping you?
Don’t have a mat?
➡️ We have ones you can borrow.
Think you're not flexible enough?
➡️ You do NOT need to be flexible to do Pilates. Everything can be adapted to YOUR ability.
Worried you’ll be the only new person?
➡️ We’re all new in this class!
Not sure what to wear?
➡️ Comfortable clothes and socks are perfect (especially if you’re borrowing a mat).
Worried about the instructor?
➡️ Honestly, that should probably be your biggest concern… just kidding
Although I’m a new Pilates teacher, I’ve been practising Pilates for over 15 years and teaching fitness classes for several years, including BOOSTfit and Move it or Lose it and I’ll be bringing the same fun, welcoming personality from those classes into Pilates.
I’ve been fortunate to learn from some wonderful mentors over the years, and I hope to make you feel just as welcome in my classes as they made me feel in theirs 💛

I’m looking to improve my BOOSTfit classes, so they work better for more people.
If you’ve ever thought about coming along (but haven’t yet), I’d really value your input:
1) Best time of day:
Morning / Lunchtime / After work / Weekend
2) Best days:
Mon / Tue / Wed / Thu / Fri / Sat / Sun
3) Preferred location:

4) What would make you more likely to come along?
(e.g., beginner-friendly option, shorter class, lower intensity, music, price, bring-a-friend, childcare-friendly timing, etc.)

A slightly smaller but still spectacular BOOSTfit class tonight!
Pretty much the same routine as last week… although we did have a special guest appearance from J.Lo in the form of a brand new routine.
Thank you, ladies… and Tom… for joining me this week. It was another great class filled with movement, laughs, and only a small amount of confusion.
Exactly how we like it.

You may notice that I talk about fear a lot when I post about BOOSTfit.
I do it because fear is real, and sometimes it stops us from trying new things.
We worry that we’ll be the only new person.
That we’ll get something wrong and everyone will notice.
That the class will be too hard… or maybe even too easy.
There are lots of things to be afraid of when coming to a BOOSTfit class.
But there’s also the fear of missing out.
Missing out on movement, laughter, confusion, and absolutely no judgement.
Missing out on trying something new.
Missing out on taking one hour for yourself.
Missing out on meeting new people.
So… tonight’s the night you put those fears aside, pull on your jazziest leggings, and come and join us.

Okay, gals and guys… another week, another chance to try BOOSTfit!
Since we had some new people last week, I’ve done the nice thing and NOT changed the routine.
Not that it’ll make a massive difference — I’m still going to make a few mistakes — but at least we’ll all know the music this time.
Now we just need the new BOOSTbands to arrive on time…

I am absolutely buzzing… 💛
Tonight’s BOOSTfit class had SEVEN new people!
(I really need to get better at taking pictures.)
Thank you to my faithfuls who come every week and put up with my nonsense, and thank you to the newbies who took that first brave step to becoming BOOSTers.
I know trying something new isn’t easy.
And honestly? Being consistent is even harder.
But every single one of you showed up tonight and gave it everything you had — and that’s what matters.
I’m so proud of the little community we’re building together.

On Wednesdays, we BOOST!
Last week, we welcomed two new BOOSTers, and I think I finally got all the routines right.
I’m still thinking about changing up the routine… which gives me a whole two days to learn it.
But will it be the warm-up?
The strength section?
Or the whole class?
Who am I kidding? I’ve only just figured this routine out —there's no way I'm changing the entire class in one go.
