National cross country.

Three runners have taken the long journey to the North East to Sedgefield to take part in the National Cross Country Championships. Holly Nicholls came 97th and Katie Bonner came 135th in a very fast 5k cross country.

Katie Lou Malley came 141st over 4K bottom of age.

Great to see our younger distance runners travelling to races like this.

British Universities (BUCS) and British indoor Champs.

Another club record and win for Will Jackson as he comfortably won the British Universities Championship with a 2.16m clearance beating his nearest rival by 10cm. This clearance would also have seen Will medal in the British Indoor Championships (held on the same day).

Ava Lloyd ran to her highest Senior finish at the British Indoors, to finish just outside the medals over 1500m, 4th in 4.27.61. Whilst Emily Borthwick finished 7th with a 1.70m clearance in the high jump.
