Long post alert 🚨 When people ask about SB Pro Coaching, the answer is always the same. I want to provide a safe space for women to work out in a team environment that you don’t get in a gym. I want to provide something that 20 years ago, wasn’t an option for young women to even consider! It’s not just a place to work out, it’s to network and support one another. It’s not even about the football, it’s about the bond. Each week we learn new skills, but we also get a space to not be mums, wives and anything in between. We get to be a little bit unhinged, say what we want and switch off! So if you’re someone that wants something new, from football to friendships, send me a message and do something, that the little girl in you would thank you for! 💪❤️

Another great session 💪 I know I say it a lot, but I am so proud of how much each and every one of these women come on with each session 🔥 As a young girl I always loved football and was fortunate enough to have lots of opportunities to play this beautiful sport. I now feel so privileged to be able to give ALL women no matter age or ability the option to play and enjoy a safe footballing environment. Watching friendships grow and the support network they give each other gives me a pride like no other 🥹 So to you ladies, thank you for being such a pleasure, you’re honestly the best ☺️ please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about getting involved.. you won’t regret it! ⚽️❤️
