Iβve had the privilege of training Craig for the past 3 years, and his journey has been nothing short of inspiring π
Craig recently shared this about his experience with Raise The Bar:
βMy fitness experience with Raise The Bar over the last 3 years has been a constantly evolving journey of a discovery of my determination and ability to be pushed and to push myself to my limits to achieve my goals and mostly to prove that age should not limit what you can do.
With Cams expertise I have not only changed the way my body looks but I have bettered my overall health and inner mindset which no one can put a price on the benefits of these.
Training with a PT has helped me achieve so much more than I could have achieved on my own.β

Bobby has been training with RTB for 7 months now, and heβs made some great progress! πͺ
So far, heβs 21KG down, reducing his body fat percentage down by 4.6% π
Ontop of that, heβs been experiencing less joint paint, a significant reduction in his sleep apnea and his overall fitness has improved π
Itβs been fantastic working with Bobby so far, and Iβm looking forward to seeing what he can achieve in the next few months! β
