Αυτά είναι κάποια από τα οφέλη που έχεις σε ένα μάθημα εως δύο ασκούμενων και θα χάσεις σε ένα τμήμα με πολλούς ασκούμενους. Προτιμάμε ποιότητα από ποσότητα ❤️
