Are you ready to become a Barre Instructor? Join us for the **7-hour, one-day Total Barre® Foundation Course** by Merrithew® International School. This course provides the groundwork for instructors to create safe, effective, and varied barre programs that address the needs and goals of every client.

- **Total Barre® Principles**: Learn the six movement awareness fundamentals that form the backbone of each exercise.
- **Experience the Movements**: Engage with the movements before diving into their application.
